Volunteer Opportunities
The European Orthodontic Society invites enthusiastic volunteers to support the EOS 101st Annual Congress 2026, one of the leading international congresses in the orthodontic community, with over 2,000 participants from around the world over five days.
Applications are open until 13 April 2026.
Delivering a congress of this scale requires the dedication and collaboration of a strong volunteer team. Volunteers play a vital role in the success of the congress, contributing across a wide range of areas – from general congress operations to support with the scientific programme.

Volunteer Positions
- Registration & Delegate Services
Support delegate check-in and badge collection, assist with enquiries, and help ensure a welcoming and efficient registration experience for all attendees.
- Scientific Session Support
Assist with the smooth running of scientific sessions by monitoring lecture halls, delegate check-in for ticketed sessions, and monitoring the audience Q&A via the app.
- E-poster Support
Assist delegates with using the e-poster screens; help coordinate the presentations in the E-posters Hub.
Application Requirements:
- Volunteers will need to cover their own accommodation and travel expenses. They will receive a complimentary registration to attend the main congress on 9-11 June, as well as the Opening Ceremony and President’s Reception on 8 June, 18:30-21:30.
- Volunteers must commit to a minimum of 1 full-time shift (8 hours). Meals and breaks will be provided.
