Abstracts submission opens 5 October 2026. The abstract submission guidelines will be available soon. The deadline for all submissions will be Monday 7 December 2026 at 23:59 CET.

What to expect at the 102nd EOS Congress
- Two parallel session streams on 15 and 16 June, with one stream on the last day, 17 June. Up to 60 abstracts can be accepted for oral presentation in 2027.
- All abstracts accepted for poster presentations will be presented as e-posters only. There will be no physical posters.
- The opportunity for the 20 top-scoring abstracts accepted as scientific e-posters to present 3-minute flash poster presentations, followed by 2 minute Q&A, in the main auditorium. The abstract submitter must indicate whether they wish to be considered for a flash poster presentation.
- Poster presenters can express a wish to be considered for 5-minute poster presentations in the e-posters hub during the breaks.
- There are no set topics to select as part of your submission for the 2027 Congress.

- Abstract submission closing deadline: 7 December 2026 at 23:59 CET
- Notifications sent by: 19 March 2027
- Early-bird registration deadline for Presenting Authors: 12 April 2027
- EOS 2025 Congress dates: 13-17 June 2027
