Join us for the unforgettable Opening Ceremony of the 100th EOS Annual Congress, where the Congress President, Professor Piotr Fudalej, will welcome the delegates in the S1 Auditorium at 18:00.

The official opening of the trade exhibition will follow. We will get together for a fun evening of networking, entertainment, drinks and finger food.

We invite you to join us at the President's Reception at the Old Tram Depot - Stara Zajezdnia Kraków, a historic building in the centre of Krakow's Kazimierz, one of the most vibrant nightlife district. The Hall was built in 1913 and was once a tram depot. The renovated building is a unique facility and an example of a rare wooden skeleton architecture in Krakow with brickwork, commonly called “Prussian Wall”. It gives the interior an unusual character and makes it a place with a soul and original atmosphere.

Relax and enjoy with your friends and colleagues in the historic interiors; taste the flavours of Polish cuisine and local beer produced in the Old Depot’s own microbrewery. Listen to the pleasant sounds of jazz in its Polish capital.

Closest tram stop: sw. Wawrzynca

Take Line 52, 18 or 22 from the congress centre (the Rondo Grunwaldzkie tram stop) to Stardom (2nd stop), then transfer to line 3 and go to the Sw. Wawrzynca tram stop. From there, it is a 5-minute walk (350m) to the Old Tram Depot.

Accessible by taxi: You can easily catch a taxi outside your hotel. The Old Tram Depot is only 3.5km from the congress centre.

Accessible on foot: You can take a pleasant walk in the evening, along the Vistula River and through the old Kazimierz district. The walk will take 30 minutes from the congress centre, approximately.

Take Line 52 or 18 from the Congress venue (Rondo Grunwaldzkie tram stop) to Poczta Glowna (4th stop). Then it is a 7-minute walk ( 510 meters) to your destination.
