Full payment of the registration fees is taken online by credit/debit card. You cannot submit the registration without completing the payment.
All cancellations must be received in writing at [email protected] and will incur a 100.00 zł (€ 25.00) administration fee.
Please note: EOS takes no responsibility for the travel and accommodation costs of each attendee. It is the responsibility of each individual to take out their own travel insurance.
Name changes can be made at any point without charge.
Refunds will be credited within 10 working days after the confirmation of receipt of the cancellation request.
Please note: cancellations due to visa refusals will be refunded according to the policy above. It is your responsibility to allow for enough time for your visa request to be accepted.
The invitation letter will be enclosed within your confirmation email after submitting and paying for your registration.
Please note the visa invitation letter does not exempt attendees from complying with all requirements regarding registration and payment for their participation, accommodation and travel.
