If you are not a member of the European Orthodontic Society yet, we encourage you to find out more information about becoming a member. Membership benefits include reduced registration fees for the Annual Congresses, as well as access to the European Journal of Orthodontics, the EOS Resource Library, grants and awards.

Why attend the EOS Congress?

Supporting CLAPAI

This year, the European Orthodontic Society will donate €5 from every delegate registration to the Cleft Lip and Palate Association of Ireland (CLAPAI), supporting families and individuals affected by cleft lip and palate across Ireland.

By joining us in Dublin, you are contributing to making a positive difference in the lives of patients and families.

CLAPAI is not involved in the organisation of this event and does not endorse it.

The Congress Pass includes:

The Congress Pass does NOT include:

Access to the postgraduate and pre-congress courses; tickets for the courses can be purchased during the registration process
Tickets to attend the Disco Party on Wednesday 16 June; these can be purchased during the registration process
Tickets to attend the Gala Dinner on Thursday 17 June; these can be purchased during the registration process
Access to the Congress venues and networking events for accompanying persons. Tickets can be purchased during the registration process.

The Accompanying Person ticket includes:

The Accompanying Person ticket is limited to ONE per delegate. Children under the age of 16 can attend without a pass but must be always accompanied by an adult.

Congress passes

All registration fees and tickets are in Euros, and are inclusive of VAT at 20%. 
The early bird deadline is Monday 12 April 2027 at 23:59 CET. Late fees will apply after this deadline.

Students who are not members of the European Orthodontic Society would need to purchase the Non-member pass. To become a member and avail of the student rates, click here.

Payment and cancellation policy

Payment terms

Full payment of the registration fees is taken online by credit/debit card. You cannot submit the registration without completing the payment. 

Cancellation policy

All cancellations must be received in writing at EOScongress@tfilodestar.com  and will incur a € 25.00 administration fee.

Please note: EOS takes no responsibility for the travel and accommodation costs of each attendee. It is the responsibility of each individual to take out their own travel insurance.

Cancellation deadlines

Up to 15 March 2027 – a full refund will be given minus the administration fee;
Up to 12 April 2027 – a 50% refund will be given minus the administration fee;
From 13 April 2027 - no refund will be given.

Name changes can be made at any point without charge.

Refunds will be credited within 10 working days after the confirmation of receipt of the cancellation request.

Please note: cancellations due to visa refusals will be refunded according to the policy above. It is your responsibility to allow for enough time for your visa request to be accepted.

Visa letter

Austria is part of the Schengen Area. Most nationalities including EU/EEA countries, the UK, North America, Australia, New Zealand and several countries in Asia do not require a visa for short visits of up to 90 days within any 180-day period. Please verify your specific requirements in advance here.

Participants can request a visa invitation letter during the registration process. Please note that the visa invitation letter does not exempt attendees from complying with all requirements regarding registration and payment for their participation, accommodation and travel.
